After recently hunting down your trilogy and reading, for the second time, all three in a matter of days, I cannot help but fall in love all over again. I remember sobbing at the end of the second novel, grieving for Calwyn's loss, when I was only 10. They consume me no less at 19. I find many similarities in this trilogy to the movie Avatar, released in 2009, and wonder if it's creator ever visited Tremaris in a reading of your novel before being sparked by inspiration... It's not entirely far off, you know. A little chantment in the screenwriting...
Thank you Kylie, I'm so humbled and pleased to hear that the Tremaris novels had such an effect on you! I haven't seen Avatar, so I can't comment - they do say there are only seven stories in the universe, so coincidences will happen... Thank you again for being such a faithful reader! K x
